I was invited by Brother Ernst-Dietrich to share at a leaders conference at the Black Forest retreat center in Germany. The retreat took two days and was a wonderful time of fellowship and spiritual growth for the leaders of several churches. I shared the following themes.
"Qualities Of Leadership"
From the Book of Nehemiah
1. Nehemiah was certain of God's calling.
2. Nehemiah depended on prayer.
3. Nehemiah had vision and saw the greatness of the Work.
4. Nehemiah submitted to authority.
5. Nehemiah was organized in his work.
6. Nehemiah was able to discern the tactics of the enemy.
7. Nehemiah was a hard worker.
8. Nehemiah was a hard worker.
9. Nehemiah lived an exemplary life.
10. Nehemiah had courage.
11. Nehemiah delegated work to others.
12. Nehemiah was determined.
"Solders For Christ"
1 Timothy 2:3-4
1. Discipline
2. Obedience
3. Perseverance
"A Call to Proclaim"
Acts 6:8 to 8:1
Not to be ashamed to proclaim God's Word and justice with boldness and love.
"To Be or Not To Be"
2 Peter 2:1
The scripture teaches that we are for Christ or we are not. What will you be?
I had a wonderful time sharing what the Lord has shown me through out the years of serving Him. It was a blessing to see the response and acceptance of God's truth.
The rest of my time in Germany was visiting various churches. I was blessed to be able to meet these wonderful brothers and sister in Christ. Their hospitality was exceptional.
I also shared about the ministry in Africa and Bolivia. There is a particular need I had been praying for. In Bolivia there is a 12 year old child that is paraplegic and needs a wheel chair. The Lord placed in the heart of one of the brothers to inquire a donation from a local business. They donated a bran new wheel chairspecifically for this boys needs. Praise the Lord!
I would like to thank the church in Germany for your invitation and warm welcome.
Danke schön!
May the Lord continue to bless you all as you faithfully serve Him.
Tschüs!
